These terms apply when you download or use AI Handwriting (“the app”), published by AI Handwriting. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Using the app

You may use the app for personal and business purposes. Don't use it to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to try to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the app or the services it relies on.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents, images and text you create or import. You are responsible for having the right to scan, convert and share them. Your content is stored on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. AI results

Handwriting recognition, layout rebuilding, table conversion and chat answers are produced by AI and can contain mistakes. Check important results, such as numbers, names, dates, legal or medical text, before you rely on them. The app is not a substitute for professional advice.

4. Price

The app is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. We may add paid features later; if we do, these terms will be updated before anything is charged.

5. Third-party services

AI features use Google Gemini and ChatPDF, and the app loads its settings from Firebase. Their own terms apply to how they operate.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data. Keep copies of documents that matter. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
